Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return, email us at support@bodyglasstrainer.shop with your order number and reason.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status.

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• For hygiene reasons, worn waist trainers cannot be returned.
